It began with what we inherited.
Our businesses may be new expressions, but the values behind them were never new.
Long before Anandlaxmi became a group of enterprises, our forefathers were farmers — rooted in the land, connected to nature and invested in the well-being of the people around them.
We are not trying to recreate their world. We are trying to carry forward a fraction of what they stood for.
Our journey began with dairy — milk, ghee and paneer — products that grew naturally from caring for our own animals and wanting to share food we ourselves could trust.
Then came Omkar and our experience in breeding and raising equines. The land, dairy and animals taught us different things. Together they deepened our understanding of nutrition, husbandry and responsibility.
Along the way, we became dissatisfied with what was available — the feed our animals were consuming and the food we were consuming ourselves.
We could have accepted it. Instead, we chose to ask whether we could do better.
